Context works. In both senses.

KonteksWerke reads as context works in English — it functions — and context workshop in Afrikaans — a place where things are made. Both meanings are the point.

I'm Christo. I came to software from physics, which mostly taught me two habits: distrust a result you can't reproduce, and don't confuse a model with the thing it models. Both turn out to be the whole job in applied AI.

The market has two kinds of AI vendor I'm deliberately not. Advisory firms sell decks; their output is paper. Wrapper shops put a model call behind a form and call it a product; their output is a brittle demo. I build running software and use AI as one engineered component inside it — where it earns its place, not where it impresses a buyer.

Most of what I work on involves information that matters to someone: testimony about real people, a patient's consultation, an NGO's case file. That raises the standard for provenance rather than lowering it for convenience.
